Job Description

The HSSEQ Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our projects. This position is responsible for risk management, safety reporting, incident management, crisis management, audit, and quality compliance. The coordinator will also develop and implement project-specific SOPs and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall safety management of the vessel and crew.
  • Incident management for emergencies and incidents related to safety and responses.
  • Reporting, investigating, and managing incidents related to HSSEQ elements.
  • Security designated point of contact, responsible for supporting the ships management team on security matters.
  • Auditing field projects from an operational and clinical perspective to ensure activities meet required standards and compliance levels.
  • Ensuring SOP compliance and acting as the onboard quality coordinator for all activities.
  • Environmental champion responsible for activities with environmental impacts and providing advice and assistance to the ships company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' HSE offshore experience on a vessel or ship.
  • License HSE professional with experience in providing offshore safety training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Offshore BOSIET/HUET training mandatory entry requirements.
