Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review the Group's consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.

  • Support the consolidation process by analyzing financial data from multiple business units and subsidiaries.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory and accounting frameworks compliance.

  • Assist in preparing documentation and schedules required for external audits.

  • Develop and enhance financial reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support ad-hoc requests for financial data and analysis to aid decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred).

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit.

  • Familiarity with IFRS and other international accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with consolidation systems (e.g. Hyperion, SAP) is an asset.
