About this Opportunity:
We are Royal Avenue Investments, a dynamic finance team seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to drive accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance across multiple companies. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, monitoring inventory aging reports, and calculating end-of-service benefits. Your expertise in financial analysis, auditing, and compliance will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings.

Duties:
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, financial ratios, and cost calculations for decision-making across multiple companies.
  2. Financial Analysis: Supervise accounting procedures, perform variance analysis, and calculate key financial ratios such as Current and Leverage Ratios.
  3. Auditing & Compliance: Liaise with external auditors for audits and tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  4. Reconciliation & Reporting: Oversee daily sales and credit card reconciliations, review merchant reports, and generate ad hoc reports for management.
  5. Inventory & End-of-Service Management: Monitor inventory aging reports and calculate end-of-service benefits in accordance with country laws.
  6. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow.

Essential Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
  2. Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting, with a solid understanding of financial statements and compliance requirements.
  3. Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  4. Experience working with external auditors and tax filing processes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
