- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize returns.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote projects and drive sales.
- Asset Management: Oversee the management of assets, ensuring they are optimized for maximum value and returns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12+ years of experience in development management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale retail real estate assets.
- Strong understanding of valuation, appraisals, and financial modeling of residential and commercial development.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market and experience working with large master developers.
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills, including contract procurement policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, land economics, property valuation, architecture, or engineering.
