Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team at Avaya. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating activities between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze data for reports and presentation materials.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and coordinate availability.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Perform work processing tasks, proofread documents, and prepare general reports.
  • Coordinate activities between departments and external parties.
  • Work independently with supervision, maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
