Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Nayeducation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for internal and external guests.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and other events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
