EMEAA Talent Partners is a specialist recruitment firm connecting top talent with businesses across the Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Manufacturing sectors. We are seeking a highly organised Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist with payroll processing, manage visa applications, format CVs, and handle diary management. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling general office duties and maintaining records.
- Supporting payroll processing for timely and accurate payments.
- Assisting with employee visa applications and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Formatting and refining CVs to align with company standards before submission to clients.
- Organising schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel as needed.
- Maintaining and updating important company records, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role, strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
