About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team at Vintage Grand Hotel:

  • Manage customer inquiries and respond promptly to assigned sales leads.
  • Drive strong conversion of long-stay apartment sales leads.
  • Convert leads through in-house guests and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct sales activities such as follow-up calls for potential clients and hotel site inspections.
  • Responsible for new bookings and managing existing business blocks.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of room bookings and events.
  • Provide expert advice and introduce hotel rooms to potential clients.
  • Organize sales familiarization trips.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information regarding sales leads and conversions.
  • Prepare contracts with the support of Sales Managers.
  • Achieve annual sales targets set by management.
  • Perform other duties/projects assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
  • Preference given to female candidates from the CIS countries.
  • Please do not apply if you do not meet the stated requirements.
