Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Address any guest concerns or questions promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain Coffee Service Area: Maintain the coffee service area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and notify management when additional stock is needed.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other hotel staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operation of the coffee service area. Assist with other duties as needed during busy periods or special events.
  • Follow Hotel Policies and Procedures: Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and quality standards for coffee preparation.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work on your own or in teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food and Beverage Experience: Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
  • Barista Experience: Previous experience as Barista.
  • Cash Handling: Previous experience of cash handling.
  • Food Hygiene Regulations: Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
