- Proposal Development: The Head of Applications will work closely with the Bid Manager and other departments to build a competitive end-to-end proposal that meets the client's budget and requirements.
- Team Leadership: The candidate will build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent is required. An MBA is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP or Prince2 certification is an advantage.
- Experience: The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the Technology industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Cloud platforms (SQL, data warehousing, business intelligence tools), Data management analytics (AWS, Azure), and Software development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps Methodologies) is required.
- Leadership Skills: The candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Availability: The successful candidate will be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
