Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate patients' emotional and behavioral state through discussion, observation, and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans to address patients' mental health concerns.
  • Prescribe medications as necessary to support patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate hospitalizations when required.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their loved ones on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and treatments to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Psychiatrist with a strong understanding of various psychotherapeutic methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
  • Strong observation skills to accurately assess patients' emotional and behavioral state.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
  • Specialization degree and Residency program in Psychiatry or equivalent experience.
