Job Summary

Nathan & Nathan is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and formalize the monthly analysis of financial statements and forecast future trends and profits.
    • Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with internal presentations on profitability analysis and forecasted profits.
    • Review and analyze cost per case versus budget for all products.
    • Review and analyze total and per case revenue and sales versus budget for all channels and segments of business.
  • Treasury Management
    • Assist in reviewing the cash position of the company and analyzing future requirements.
    • Recommend timely and cost-effective sources of funds to management.
    • Arrange and negotiate the amount and cost of funds with prospective lenders.
  • Financial Operations Coordination
    • Work closely with the operations team for development and preparation of analytical reports.
    • Understand the monthly closing process from all angles to fully grasp the concepts of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
    • Continuously monitor and identify changed business requirements and develop reports and analysis to cater to these requirements.
    • Report to the CFO on several aspects of financial planning.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
