We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Design Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Process Optimization:

    • Analyze and optimize design processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely completion of design tasks and deliverables.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

  • Design Quality Control:

    • Closely monitor design outputs, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specifications.
    • Collaborate with designers and engineers to resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of design projects, including drawings, revisions, and client communications.
    • Utilize digital tools like BIM (Building Information Modeling) or CAD files to manage project data and facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in design coordination, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
