About the Role

As an Office Support Professional at Al Bazee Facilities Management LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing invoices, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor office inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Tax Invoicing: Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate tax invoicing and compliance.
  • Cash Handling: Process incoming and outgoing cheques securely and efficiently.
  • Task Coordination: Assign maintenance tasks to relevant departments based on schedules.
  • Petty Cash Vouchers: Prepare petty cash vouchers for authorized expenses.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on financial matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Licenses: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Languages: Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic languages is advantageous.
