About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cost management department, you will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, preparing Bills of Quantities, and assisting in developing cost plans.

  • Review drawings and specification sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and present order of cost estimates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate construction works and produce interim and final payment recommendations.
  • Assess and value changes and variations.
  • Maintain accurate records of costs and quantities.

About You

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction methods and materials is essential.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
