Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Tender teams in preparing and conducting transfer processes with project teams.
  • Collaborating with Project teams to develop delivery strategies and define project budget and delivery conditions.
  • Working with the regional management team to establish internal subcontracting principles and assisting project teams in setting up intercompany agreements.
  • Leading quarterly major projects reviews and reporting to regional management on project progress.
  • Supporting project teams in project closure and conducting 'Lessons Learnt' sessions and reports.
  • Developing project performance dashboards and communicating key performance and risk management indicators to the leadership team.
  • Preparing communication and training materials for project execution processes.
  • Monitoring client relations and reporting to management on potential risks.
