About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Talent Pal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, including product listings, content updates, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Optimize the online customer experience to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and improve average order value (AOV).
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B tests to enhance user experience.
  • Manage and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging e-commerce technologies to keep our platforms up-to-date and competitive.
  • Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Lead the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to boost traffic and conversions, with a focus on Shopping ads, Search Ads, and Display campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, market analysis, and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, such as ROI, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Implement strategies to improve onsite conversion rates, AOV, and cart abandonment rates.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze user behavior and optimize the online store for better performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven experience in driving growth through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and multivariate testing to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience optimizing websites for conversion.
  • Familiarity with backend e-commerce operations, such as inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
What We Offer

Talent Pal offers a competitive salary range of AED 6,000.00 to AED 8,000.00 per month, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
