The ideal candidate will consistently deliver high-quality coffee products, paying attention to brewing, extraction times, and milk steaming techniques.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will also create latte art and aesthetically pleasing presentations to enhance the visual appeal of the coffee beverages.

Your duties will include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, track sales, and manage inventory.

You will educate customers on different brewing methods, coffee types, and flavour profiles to enhance their coffee knowledge and enjoyment.

Additionally, you will ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and courteously.
