- Handle a high volume of calls and online messages simultaneously, formulating solutions to meet the needs of our guests and homeowners.
- Attend regular department meetings to stay informed and discuss ongoing projects.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
