We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager and 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
