Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with UAE Attestation.
  2. Native Arabic Language is Mandatory.
  3. Min. 5 years experience in the UAE (Fujairah).
  4. Excellent design and space planning skills in both architecture and interior design.
  5. Experience in Villas, Private Residential, and Office Design is an advantage.
  6. Experience with Authority Regulations and Construction processes.
  7. Knowledge of building engineering and a high-level understanding of landscape, Masterplanning, and infrastructure required to coordinate the sub consultancy team.
  8. Capable user of Sketchup, AutoCAD & Adobe InDesign; 3D Max is an added advantage.
  9. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and possess excellent communication skills.
  10. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative design team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
  • Only for Arabic Language natives
