Book Revenue Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Book Sales and Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets for book sales in physical format and Amazon.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for book sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the book industry.
- Identify market trends, new opportunities, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics and product offerings.
- Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and present results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive book sales.
- Manage distribution channels to ensure efficient delivery of products.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the book publishing or distribution industry.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Possess a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Show adaptability and creativity in a dynamic and evolving market.
