At Synergy and Prosperity Building Material Trading LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in our organisation, responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate execution of payment processes.

This position involves handling financial transactions while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Payment Execution
    • Ensure that all incoming payments are processed accurately and on time
    • Processing and Monitoring deposit failures and resolving PSP errors to maximise deposit approval rates
    • Liaising with banks and other third-party payment providers to execute payments efficiently
    • Building and maintaining relationships with banks and PSPs
    • Coordinating payment processing through online banking systems within strict currency cut-off times

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintaining detailed records of payment transactions for audit purposes
  • Investigating suspicious transactions and escalating them correctly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Payment analyst in a multinational online trading brokerage
  • Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or a relevant field is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in English, with added advantages for proficiency in other languages
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
