**Job Summary**

Prime Immigration Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, products, and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Oversee Warehouse Operations**: Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of cosmetics products.
  • **Develop and Implement Efficient Procedures**: Design and implement procedures to optimize space utilization, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
  • **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
  • **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • **Import/Export Processes**: Manage import/export processes for cosmetics products, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
  • **Documentation and Compliance**: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
  • **Regulatory Updates**: Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and advise management on potential impacts on business operations.
  • **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and transportation of goods.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and targets.
  • **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on best practices for inventory management, handling procedures, and safety protocols.
  • **Performance Evaluation**: Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure high standards of performance and accountability.
  • **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations and import/export processes.
  • **Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction**: Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
