  • Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
