We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People Culture to join our team at Robert Walters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of People & Culture (P&C) for the operational and strategic P&C functions to support the achievement of our company's objectives.
- Implement and manage our policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment law.
- Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for employee engagement activities.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Coordinate with each department to ensure accuracy of time and attendance records.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in HR.
- Must have experience in the aged care industry.
- Demonstrated ability to implement best practice HR policies.
- Experience in ER/case management guidance.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
