About the RoleThe Sales Supervisor role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market, and the ability to drive sales performance in a competitive environment.

- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Operational Management: Address any operational issues or challenges that may impact sales performance.
- Target Setting: Set monthly targets and KPIs for the sales team and provide the necessary tools to achieve them.
- Market Visits: Conduct daily market visits with the sales team to ensure excellent execution, visibility of KPIs, and delivery of 100% On-Shelf-Availability (OSA) at all times.
- Productivity Monitoring: Monitor daily productivity of the sales team and work with the sales management team to improve processes and elevate efficiency.
