Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Offer extensive technical support, encompassing software troubleshooting, desktop assistance, and network issues. Address challenges related to ERP software, hardware, and connectivity.
  • Data Integrity Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system. Oversee data migrations, updates, and backups.
  • System Enhancements: Strategize and implement ERP system upgrades and patches. Evaluate new features to confirm they align with business needs.
  • Network Assistance: Provide support for network-related issues, including connectivity challenges, while ensuring network security and performance.
  • Software and Hardware Resolution: Tackle and resolve software and hardware complications, including installations, configurations, and repairs.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Security: Ensure that ERP systems and IT infrastructure adhere to applicable regulations and standards. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and in software troubleshooting, desktop support, and network assistance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in ERP software administration, configuration, and support. Familiarity with SQL scripting languages and integration tools is advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
