  • Conduct analysis and provide reports on audience demographics and the effectiveness of ongoing social media initiatives on a monthly basis.
  • Manage all communications through social media channels.
  • Utilize timelines and scheduled content to maintain a steady flow of new material for audience interaction, while continuously analyzing and adjusting schedules to maximize engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in the banking sector and handling customer service or complaint platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.
