Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of multiple company social media accounts, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and engaging content.
  • Develop and implement creative, innovative content strategies for regularly scheduled posts, aimed at enlightening audiences and promoting brand-focused messages.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing team members, including creative designers and content creators, to oversee their work and provide guidance and direction.
  • Audit and analyze the company's social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns, to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate social media messaging with marketing departments and brand managers to identify and reach quarterly or seasonal company goals.
  • Analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Integrate all channels of marketing, including social media, e-commerce, content marketing, email, print, and digital marketing, to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act, turning fans into customers and customers into advocates.
  • Manage the company's social media communities and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media and content creation.
  • Retail and fashion background is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Reliable, dynamic, and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
