We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Training Sales Executive to join our team at Pin Consulting.

Job Description

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and targeting large companies, multinational corporations, and government entities for in-house staff training needs.

This role involves developing a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, industry networking, and corporate events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell high-value training programs and close long-term contracts.

A self-driven, results-oriented individual who can work independently is required for this position.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate training sales.
  • Strong network with HR and L&D managers, corporate decision-makers, and industry professionals.
  • Ability to sell high-value training programs and close long-term contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
