Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data, generating reports, and identifying trends.
  2. Sales Forecast Creation: Support the creation and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  3. Customer Database Management: Update and maintain customer databases (e.g., CRM tools).
  4. Document Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales-related data and documentation.
  5. Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  6. Contract Oversight: Manage contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
  7. Presentation Development: Support in developing presentations and sales proposals for meetings.
  8. Sales Meeting Scheduling: Organize and schedule sales meetings.
