About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the procurement of spare parts, including aircraft parts, for our simulators and training centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure spare parts, including aircraft parts, for 23 simulators and 11 IPTs in coordination with the Sr. Logistics coordinator.
  • Maintain the stores in both training centers, ensuring they are meticulously organized.
  • Effectively coordinate the timely flow of order processing and keep all logistics records up to date for audit compliance.
  • Process all invoices and raise PR/PO from various authorities for 80 SIM evaluations and many evaluations in FY24 EASA/FAA/UKCAA/CAAC.
  • Process all invoices and raise PR/PO for various SIM purchases/SIM updates and handle all related shipments for 12 SIM update projects this year.
  • Liaise with suppliers on repairs, loans, exchanges, outright purchases, etc.
  • Coordinate and execute many avionics protection plans/contracts under the guidance of the Sr. Logistics coordinator in a timely manner.
  • Track, process, and execute various equipment calibrations.
  • Track and renew various subscription contracts such as NDB CHARTS from various providers for all 23 aircraft configurations and process related invoices.
  • Coordinate with shipping/courier companies, pack and dispatch spare parts, receive parts, issue and receive loaner parts, and maintain records.
  • Daily check all parts withdrawals and entries by engineers and validate for any errors in all 5 stores.
  • Process invoices to raise PR/PO for various authorities and SIM updates.
  • Track and renew various subscription contracts.
  • Process invoices to raise PR/PO for routine SIM refurbishments and equipment calibration work undertaken by local contractors.
  • Coordinate and execute many avionics protection plans.
  • Monitor and mitigate parts obsolescence.
