Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team at Manpower Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting Windows Servers, Network Switches/Routers, and Firewalls. Cisco certification is required. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing effective technical resources for systems and end-users, advising on network optimization, and implementing backup and DR procedures for networking equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows servers, network switches/routers, and firewalls.
  • Advise on network optimization and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for networking equipment.
  • Manage all aspects of supporting the network infrastructure.
  • Attend regular meetings to provide updates on network-related topics.
  • Facilitate the rollout and upgrade of new network equipment.
  • Monitor the network and provide statistics and trends related to network infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and supporting Windows Servers, Network Switches/Routers, and Firewalls.
  • Cisco certification.
