- Talent Development: Foster new talents who embody the Uber luxury mindset and culture.
- Client Engagement Planning: Contribute to the annual client engagement strategy in partnership with the Boutique Director.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Elite and Super Elite Clients.
- Client Recruitment: Enhance and upgrade our Uber luxury client base.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver unparalleled client experiences through superior service and expertise in Uber luxury.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize special events aligned with key seasonal dates or personalized approaches for top clients.
- Appointment Management: Plan daily one-on-one client meetings for Salon Prive within the Boutique.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop the VIP Client Managers Team focused on Uber Luxury.
