Requirements:

  • Culinary Education: A certificate in Culinary Arts - Pastry Making, Baking, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Preferably, you have experience working in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel as a Head Pastry Chef.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with the team and external partners.
  • Leadership Qualities: A friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader who can motivate and inspire the team to achieve excellence.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (and the local language) is required for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
