Job Description

This role is responsible for executing and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within scope, supporting the overarching values, employee engagement, and employee wellness strategy of FAB. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop full-scale project plans and establish baselines and associated communications documents.
  • Manage the overall project schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Organize workshops, including selection of venue, creation and provision of materials, selection and invitation of attendees.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Define and collect metrics to track project progress and ensure the deliverables produced are acceptable.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
