About the Job

We are seeking a data-driven Global Hotel Chain Specialist to manage our dynamic hotel chain and connectivity portfolio. The role focuses on managing day-to-day commercial tasks and developing partnerships with hotel chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain current relationships and secure partnerships with Global Hotel Chains
  • Negotiate hotel contracts
  • Plan, execute, and prioritize mapping for supplier activation
  • Conduct price and availability analysis and act on findings both internally and externally
  • Coordinate the onboarding of suppliers in line with company priorities
  • Respond to client partner inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete internal projects and support suppliers' requirements
  • Evaluate data sheets, performance reports, and suppliers' meeting data requirements to make commercial decisions
  • Conduct market analysis to explore supplier opportunities and identify, vet, and approve additional suppliers to minimize operational risk for the company
  • Research and provide information on accommodation industry procurement trends and best practices
  • Support the management in executing the sourcing plan
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in hotel industry contracting
  • Prior experience in managing Accommodation/Hotel Chains operations is essential, especially in a travel services environment in a similar-sized organization
  • Experience working directly with high-level hotel chain partners
  • An in-depth understanding of the tourism/hospitality landscape in the region
  • Senior relationship management skills
  • Time-efficient and strong analytical skills
  • Essential experience in Tableau data
  • Fluent written and spoken English
