Required Skills and Qualifications

The Financial Operations Specialist position requires a strong background in accounting and finance.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience within a relevant field.

Knowledge of main ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Candidates should also have experience working with a large customer base and high transaction volumes.

In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
