  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills, client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

  • Hardworking and flexible, comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Comfortable working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment
