About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with at least 7-10 years' experience working in an agency or in-house. If you have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes effectively and efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, maintaining high client and candidate satisfaction levels, quality-of-hire, and reducing time-to-fill.
- Liaise with relevant functions to ensure smooth onboarding and monitor progress until entry dates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers/teams to identify recruitment needs, define job requirements, and assess candidate specifications.
- Run job interviews using prescribed tools/frameworks, assessing candidates' knowledge, experience, and soft skills.
- Maintain and update the online recruitment system/database, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Prepare Recruitment Reports on a weekly and ad hoc basis to track recruitment progress and metrics.
We are looking for a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
