Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the manufacturing of spare parts for rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams in the selection of processes, manufacturing plans, and CAM programming for spare parts.
  • Offer technical consultation and expertise to shops operating repair units and contractor shops, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reductions and process improvements, and implement the latest technology in manufacturing methodology.
  • Develop and revise departmental technical procedures and standards, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coach and share knowledge with junior engineers, quality inspectors, and technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide technical input for purchasing specifications, including technical proposal evaluation and vendor selection.
  • Collaborate with department engineers, consulting services, and other company departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of technical activities.
  • Coordinate with in-house repair units, quality assurance units, in-kingdom contractors, and vendors to ensure effective shop repair workscopes.
  • Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
