Overview

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Risk Maintenance Engineering to join our team at MatchaTalent. This role is pivotal in optimizing maintenance operations and ensuring efficiency across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate maintenance expenditures related to workforce, equipment, procurement of materials, and outsourcing strategies.
  • Planning Assessment: Review the effectiveness of planning and scheduling, focusing on metrics such as downtime, benchmarks, KPIs, preventive maintenance (PM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) outcomes.
  • Work Completion Oversight: Guarantee the fulfillment of assigned maintenance tasks within a specific function while providing guidance to junior maintenance engineers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Perform comprehensive analyses to benchmark the performance of the maintenance organization, identifying areas for improvement and formulating actionable plans, including:
    • Overall expenditure analysis
    • Effectiveness of maintenance programs
    • Life-cycle cost assessment of new assets
    • Operating cost evaluation of current assets
    • Strategies for preventive and predictive maintenance
    • Value generation through cost savings and avoidance
    • Downtime analysis
    • SAP structure and equipment classification
    • Effectiveness of planning and scheduling
    • Technician competency and qualification initiatives
    • Maintenance budget development
    • Capital projects and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) modeling, among others.
