Role Overview

As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cluster Assistant Director of Human Resources in various essential functions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Recruitment: Collaborate with department leaders to streamline the hiring process, ensuring all vacant positions are filled effectively.
  • Maintain Staffing Records: Keep an accurate and updated manning sheet that reflects both budgeted and actual headcount, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Provide necessary assistance to department heads throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Interview Coordination: Ensure that interviews are conducted in alignment with the company's recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Supervise and follow up with the team to guarantee compliance with all documentation requirements as per established policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain a recruitment tracker and other databases essential for analytical purposes.
  • Diversity Initiatives: Strive to achieve a balanced mix of nationalities and genders in the hiring process to promote diversity.
  • HR Budget Preparation: Assist in gathering data and conducting analyses necessary for the preparation of the HR budget.
  • Intern Recruitment: Source interns based on organizational needs.
  • Job Description Updates: Support the Cluster Assistant Director in ensuring that all job descriptions are current and accurate.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Audit Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all areas related to talent acquisition during audits.
  • HR and Payroll Budgeting: Take the lead in supporting the accuracy of HR and payroll budget preparations.
  • Data Collection: Provide timely support to the Cluster Assistant Director in collecting and analyzing required data.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Cluster Assistant Director.
  • Project Implementation: Assist in the execution of various HR initiatives as directed.
  • Department Representation: Represent the HR department in management meetings.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the business.
