Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Emiratization Officer UAE National to join our team at Star Services LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding of UAE Nationals, ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract Emirati talent, conducting thorough salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
  • Organize and coordinate UAE National recruitment days, career fairs, and open days to showcase our company's opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews with Emirati candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing UAE Nationals, fostering strong relationships and addressing any employee concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain employee satisfaction and retention rates among UAE Nationals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Attend regular meetings with the NAFIS Account Manager to discuss progress and address any challenges.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in the UAE is essential, as is the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
