  • Support the development and technical delivery of asset management and PPP projects in the MEA region.
  • Perform asset management responsibilities, including:
  1. Developing and implementing asset management policies, procedures, and standards;
  2. Guiding inspections, asset inventory, data analysis, and reporting;
  3. Preparing asset management-related documents;
Performing other duties as required.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technology or engineering.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in implementing asset management services and ISO 55000 systems.
  • Experience developing PPP Technical Schedules.
  • Relevant experience in the roadways, heavy rail, or building sectors.
