Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR function within the education sector preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of performance management, leadership development, and succession planning practices.
- Rewards and Recognition: Strong experience in rewards and recognition as well as competency development.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
- HRIS Systems and Software: Experience with HRIS systems and talent management software is a plus.
- Certifications: Certification in talent management or related HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
