Employee Experience Manager

This role involves managing payroll, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements, as well as experience with payroll management and benefits administration.
ResponsibilitiesThe HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of the HR function, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations. This includes overseeing payroll, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, and ensuring seamless HR operations across the organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
