This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced negotiator who can build and maintain relationships with regional retailers and their portfolios. The role requires having a clear understanding and knowledge of brands and retailer groups across the Middle East, with the ability to influence strategic proposals.

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to:

  1. Lead the retail leasing business and take ownership, driving growth and revenue for Charterhouse
  2. Oversee store openings and closings, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption
