This role involves assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, achieve operational goals, and supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives.

Key responsibilities also include implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, maintaining records, and preparing reports on operational performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Road Maintenance Industry & Bridge Projects.
  • Any Planning Certification or equivalent.
